Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before registering on any of our training courses.


Please read our Privacy Policy with regard to handling your data and payment on our website.

Our courses are for Healthcare Professionals (Doctors, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Technicians, Paramedics, Pharmacists) only, who have an active licence to practice. We will be requesting evidence of this from your governing body e.g. GMC, NMC, HCPC or GDC number. Hourglass Aesthetics Ltd reserves the right to decline enrollment to the course if this is not demonstrated. Some aesthetics insurance providers also cover Physiotherapists & Occupational Therapists but we strongly recommend that you confirm this with a reputable provider prior to registering.

Hourglass Aesthetics Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule its training courses in terms of date, location and content, should this be necessary. We will notify you at least 48 hours in advance and a full refund will be issued of the course fees in the event of a cancellation or your inability to accomodate to the changes.

Hourglass Aesthetics Ltd accepts no liability for any loss of earnings or expenses incurred by you or any models, irrespective of circumstances.


All our courses are booked via this website. We do not accept telephone bookings and cannot ‘hold’ places until payment is arranged. Places are only secured once payment is made for the course.


Payments must be made in full for all training courses.

Payments are handled by Stripe & PayPal on our website - please see our Privacy Policy. We accept credit/debit cards or PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a PayPal payment.

If you wish to cancel your attendance at the course, please inform us ASAP by emailing services@hourglassaesthetics.com. Our refund policy upon cancellation is as follows:
Cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to course date - full refund of course cost to trainee.
Cancellation less than 4 weeks but more than 3 weeks prior to course date - 70% refund of course cost to trainee.
Cancellation 3 weeks or less, prior to course date (21 days or less) - no refund to trainee.
We do not offer insurance against cancellation but you may wish to arrange indemnity cover for this from an external provider. We cannot accept any liability for any insurance cover you may have arranged.
