How does non-surgical rhinoplasty work?
Non-surgical nose jobs work by injecting filler into the tissue on or around the nose. The most commonly used of these fillers is hyaluronic acid (HA). HA is a substance that is naturally produced by the body.
Depending on where it is injected, HA will have different effects. In order to achieve the desired result, the clinician will inject a small volume of the HA filler into certain areas of the nose. For example, to correct a bump in the nose (dorsal hump), the clinician can inject filler into the bridge of the nose above the bump, to smoothen out the nose. To fix a drooping tip of the nose, the clinician can inject filler around the base of the nostrils, to lift the tip of the nose up.
The clinician will apply a numbing (local anaesthetic) cream to the area before injecting, meaning the procedure is relatively painless.
The whole procedure lasts approximately 30 minutes and results typically last up to a year.
Is non-surgical rhinoplasty safe?

In very rare cases, this can lead to blindness if associated with the vessels connected to the eyes. Excessive filler can also compress blood vessels , which can result in permanent redness, and in severe cases damage and scarring to the surrounding skin.
